All registration forms must be received by November 5, 2015. No refunds will be given after November 5, 2015.
As of 10/19 our indoor booths are full. Outdoor booths are still available for $30.
You may register for Angels Emporium 2 ways:
1) Register By Mail – Pay by Check
Download and print the registration form. Fill out the form. Send the form to Christus Victor with a check and 2 photos that illustrate your craft.

2) Register OnLine – Pay OnLine
Fill out the Angels Emporium Online Registration Form.
Your completed registration form will be emailed to Christus Victor. Christus Victor staff will review your form. If approved you will receive an approval email. The approval email will contain a password that can be used in the Online Payment Form. You may then pay online. Your booth will not be reserved until your payment is made.
